Damaged items:

If your candles arrives damaged or broken, please email us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A description of all damaged items

This information helps us determine the best solution for your order.

Replacements/Refunds for damaged orders:

If a candle is broken in half or significantly damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping cost refunds may also be considered on case-by-case basis if the damage occurred during transit.

Returns:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
